I think it was good value. Had 3 nights in London, spending my time here really good. The location was favourable and ideal, with a stadium and the movies a short walk to the hotel. There were a market and outlet stores around the venue.

The twin room was airy, included a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and satellite TV. I enjoyed the beds, they were big, and how consistently courteous the staff was. The property's location was best possible and awesome, to the tube or buses.

We stayed at Quality Hotel Wembley purely because of its location as we were attending a Take That concert at Wembley Stadium. Location could not have been better. We had booked a triple room and actually had a room with three single beds. Not a camp bed in sight! All members of staff with whom we had contact were very pleasant and accomodating even though they were very busy due to the turnover of guests attending the concerts taking place at the stadium, especially the female manager on duty 9th July. (Unfortunately we did not get her name). .
The hotel was very tired and worn in parts including worn carpet and musty smell in corridors. (not at all noticeable in bedroom) Stains on bathroom ceiling due to leak from above. The price we paid for a non refundable deal booked eight months in advance! Couldn't help feeling we had been taken advantage of for attending a Take That concert at Wembley. We would consider staying here again if visiting Wembley stadium because of its location but only if we could get a better deal on the price and there was no availability in hotels nearby. Overall we felt it was not good value for money.

The location adjacent to Wembley arena was perfect
We ordered food in the hotel restaurant for the three of us, and generally it was fine. However, a chicken burger meal for my son was poor. To avoid his embarressment I did not complain at the time of the meal, but mentioned it as a comment when booking out in the morning. The management appologised and not only refunded the cost of the meal but also offered a complimentary breakfast, which was an excellent piece of customer care. Things do go wrong even in the best hotels, and in this instance it was really nice to see our comments taken notice of and action taken to remedy the situation. We paid £60 for a triple family room which was exceptional value, huge and functional, and perfect for a one night stay near to Wembley.
